I was born in Australia with one older sister growing up in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I would say I had a pretty normal upbringing always hanging out with my group of friends during school years. Cant say I was the biggest fan of school so I never finished but in the back of my mind I had much bigger plans. My parents separated when I was 13 years old and by the time I turned 15 my Dad took me and my sister on a 3 week vacation to Los Angeles California. As soon as I landed I knew this is where I belong. So every other year for the next 10 years I would travel from Australia to Los Angeles and because of US visas I could only stay 3 months, until I turned 26 and it all changed when I signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment better known as the WWE. So I packed up my life in Australia and moved to Orlando Florida where WWE was based. Everyday we would go through brutal training sessions in and out of the ring in order to become a successful WWE superstar. I lived out many dreams wresting with WWE not only meeting my idols but working along side them. After 2 years with WWE the WWE and I parted ways. So It was only natural to move to the one place I knew I was destined to be. Los Angeles. Currently Ive been in LA for 3 years now and what a journey it’s been. Shortly after I arrived I got an acting agent and it all started to happen from there on. I still have a long way to go in my eyes in this never ending journey that is life.

I was working as a full-charge bookkeeper for a company when someone asked me to help her with her husband’s bookkeeping as it was her responsibility and she hated much of it. When I finally agreed, I realized I needed to find a few more clients to make the cost of licenses to operate worth the expense. A year later, my husband told me to quit my job as customers liked the service I offered and I needed more time to help them n my own business. In 2005, I moved from my home into an office space and began to build my team. I now have eight employees working in my firm with me.

I started my acting career in New York City. I worked on an off- off Broadway production, of Tennessee Williams’s, Camino Real. This was in the 80s, I had been modeling and acting in commercials, but studying Acting with Susan and John Strasberg. A writer I met, Guerdon Trueblood, suggested I move to LA for pilot season. I met with quite a few casting directors. However, nothing much was really happening with a writers strike. However, I met a brilliant actor, Robert Knepper, in my 1930’s building’s laundry room. Rob suggested I work with his coach at Roy London Studios. Ivana Chubbuck was my coach. She was instrumental to me as an actor. She taught me how to access myself and use it in my acting work. I started working mostly on films and theatrical productions. Later, she suggested I get certified as a Chubbuck instructor. I also, worked for her studio as a youth acting coach for a few years.
Surprisingly, the teaching upped my own acting abilities. Seriously, love teaching and still do.

I was born into two vastly different cultures to a Persian father and an ethnically diverse mother of mixed Mediterranean and Native American descent. I began my story on a stage, like many young actors do. I was six, performing in an interactive, gaslight theatre rendition of Robin Hood (a comedy). But it wasn’t then, with all the laughter from the audience about the deadpan-faced child playing a moody Sheriff of Nottingham, that I fell in love with performing. Since I could crawl, my mission was to entertain people and make people laugh as a character in some movie or book. My favorite starring role was in a saga I began at age 3 as the family dog, a role full of barking at family, chasing my tail, and scratching my ear until I could channel that into theatre performances in school. Aince then, something in my heart always made me feel home on a stage, or in front of a camera.

However, my love for academia coupled with stories of how so little made it in acting led me on a life of educational achievement. I put all of my drive into schooling, taking extracurriculars and becoming the “star” student versus the star of my own dream. I fought that dream my whole life, leaving an application to UCLA’s undergraduate theatre and film school incomplete, and instead a double major and triple minor filled my college years. I continued to find myself in performances, commercials, and modeling gigs throughout undergraduate years until I finally realized my dream could not go ignored. I decided to pursue the most theatrical academia possible – law and the life of a lawyer, while simultaneously moving to Los Angeles to pursue my dream of acting.

Dual careers of law and entertainment in a city full of possibilities is where we’re at in this story. I’m both a lawyer, and an actress (and have married the two into producer as well). My dream has been to build my own production company, sign the contracts, star in the pictures, and inspire others to believe that they can accomplish anything they set their heart on – even the impossible.

When I was 12, I attended a talent scouting event in Upstate NY for acting. Out of the thousands of kids that auditioned, I was one of the 20 that they chose to fly to LA for The Acting League event at The Hilton Los Angeles/ Universal City.

In February of 2014, I flew on an airplane for the first time to attend the event. During the week, we all had training for the day of auditing in front of talent agents and managers. A few hours after my audition, the head of the event called my parents & I down to the lobby of the hotel. He said that I got 13 callbacks, which was more than any other actor, and I was so ecstatic.

The final night had come and it was the awards dinner. I ended up being the overall winner of the girls division which was so exciting. I then flew back to New York and chose the manager that I wanted to sign with. They told me I had to move to Los Angeles so the very next month my parents and I packed up our car and drove all the way across the country, moved to Los Angeles, and that’s how my journey began.

I am now 18 years old with a manager and an agent. I take acting classes and vocal lessons. I have booked commercials, voice overs, music videos, and I just booked an epic adventure film that will be filmed in New Zealand. The filming dates are being discussed as we speak due to the pandemic. I am so thrilled and grateful because acting has been my passion ever since I was little.

I started as a costume designer, actually. I graduated from San Diego State University with my Bachelors of Art, and during school, I went to lots of parties. I loved how much fun they were. Somehow I came across Vashtie Kola, a female DJ, director, and designer, a true Renaissance woman. When I saw that she could do all of those things, I realized that I could too. I didn’t have the resources I needed to really be a DJ so it was a slow start, I would practice on apps via my iPad. Then I met a DJ who was kind of hitting on me, so I asked him to show me how to DJ – completely ignoring the fact that he was into me. I would drive from LA to Pomona a few times out of the week (that’s where he went to school), lug his equipment from his car to his room where there was NO ELEVATOR, and I would practice DJ’ing. Until I was able to purchase my own computer and equipment, I would use my HUGE iMac for events, etc. Basically, I loved it so much, I didn’t care what I had to use to make it work, I just did it.
