When I was 8 months pregnant with my second child, I was preparing divorce paper. Thousands of emotions surrounded my broken heart. The situation was giving to me, not against me. I started to get inspired to help others.
Years later I proudly attained my Life Coach and Master Life Coach Certification and started my company, Ocean Soul Life Coaching.
I started as a caller on an overnight talk radio show in 2001. I was going to college for media, working at a doctor’s office, and bartending … why not add an internship to that chaotic schedule? Got hired, and although I’ve been through multiple iterations of shows and station formats, I’ve been with the company ever since! Radio is my passion.
It all started when my parents put me in all types of dance classes at the age of 2 1/2, but when my parents discovered that I could sing at age 8, they put me in private voice lessons and in a choir called Young Voices of the Carolinas, directed by Sandy Holland. I went on many tours with that choir and had the pleasure of performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Years later, I was put into theater classes which led me to participate in musicals at local studios and theaters. Ever since then, I have enjoyed doing musical theater as my major at Northwest School of The Arts, but my true passion is film acting and writing music on the side! In 2019, I started my film acting career when I was asked to be in a short film at UNCSA. Since then, I have been in many films, a few TV shows, and a movie. As for writing music, it has been a passion of mine since age 10. I am currently trying to expand and get deeper into my career in the entertainment industry.
Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Maurice Shelton, who would late become commonly know as “Chef Blāque”, always had a passion for food and an eye for creativity. Hailing from a diverse background in retail, management and programming, Maurice began exploring his culinary passion in 2006, when he enrolled in Chicago’s Le Cordon Bleu School for Baking & Patisserie, building on the influences of his mom and grandmother.
In 2007, he decided to take his passion to the next level and started his bakery, Black Rose Pastries! A skilled baker and sugar artist, Chef Blāque, has traveled the world teaching and training, showcasing his award winning signature style – in over 42 states and 4 countries – blending realism and modern techniques to create show stopping masterpieces.
Since, Chef Blāque, has been features in several publications and media outlets including American Cake Decorating Magazine, The Northwest Indiana Times, The Miami New Times, Something Sweet (UK Based Magazine), Modern Luxury Chicago, and WCIU The Jam just to name a few. Most recently, he and his partner were crowned Season 1 Champions for the Netflix Original Series: Sugar Rush with judges Candace Nelson. Adriano Zumbo, and Betsey Johnson.
Today, Chef Blāque continues to travel the world spreading his passion for sweet treats and confections. He hopes his son Pierre continues to express interest in the craft; and continue making “Simply Delicious Incredible Edibles!” TM.

Hi, my name is Igor Faria, Im just a kid from Brazil with big dreams. Growing up I always dreamed to live in USA and I found dance when I was 12 years old, since then I had a really long journey to become a professional dance. I had my very first opportunity in 2010 to do my first international job in Paris/France where I realized how far I was able to go. 2 years later I got an opportunity to work for Ringling bros. and Barnum & bailey Circus and finally going to USA Where I was working for 3 years. During this time I was so focused in save money and learning how to get a visa to be able to live and work in Los Angeles. I have to say that it wasn’t easy at all but I did it. I moved to LA in 2017 like 3 years ago. Living in LA I realized how hard it is to live over there as a dancer but is definitely possible. After a year and half doing everything that I could I got my first big opportunity to dance for Ariana Grande in her music vide “No Tears Left To Cry”. After that I did world shows, billboard with her. My goal was to book a world tour with an international artist that I really love and I did. In 2019 last year we did the “Sweetener World Tour”. We did over 100 shows around the world including Coachella and LollaPalooza as a headliner. I’m very grateful and blessed. That’s all I have to say.
I Javontae L. Kelson is publicly known as Kels Minor. I was born and raised in the state of Louisiana. Growing up my influences were Mia X, Lil Boosie, Eminem, and Lauryn Hill. I began making music at the age of 9. Music has always been such a great inspiration and joy to my soul. Music takes me to a whole different universe, regardless of the genre. Every day life and sights is what inspires me to write music. When my mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, it made me dive even deeper into the music because it was the only thing to ease my mind. It inspired me to keep pushing and continue to tell my stories through music. I am always positive no matter the situation. People would describe me as a light in a dark room with a heart of gold. I formed an independent record label called F.O.G MUSIC and have been scouting talent of my own.
Well, I’m just a country boy from Opelika, AL. My love for music started in church (Apostle C. F Johnson,Community Church of Jesus Mt.Vernon, Ny).Church church though, not the show they put on today.I’m talking that Holiness with the good tarrying service that led to real praise breaks.I started playing drums at my step father’s church, Bishop Daddy. From there, it has been up and stuck. In middle school, I played the euphonium in band. I was good too, lol first chair and all. I was super lame, smh, I used to walk around school carrying this big odd orange shaped case. My euphonium had that curve horn lol. I experimented with the organ, but I want to learn lead guitar one day.
As far as DJin, my biological father “DJ Daddy” ignited that spark. He is a legend back home in Lafayette, AL. It’s pronounced “Lafelt”. My father, JV Express is the coolest man I ever met. He recently beat COVID 19 and cancer. After growing up in the church, seeing him as a true hustler enticed me to follow suit. He used throw all the best parties anywhere from young to old. To answer your question, DJ Daddy left me in the booth at a high school party one time. My cousin Ketra (@prettygirlsloc on IG)and I were the hosts, and we would bring both “Lafelt” & Opelika together. At this particular party, DJ Daddy took forever to come back, and my thirsty ass took the opportunity and ran. Back then, we used CDJs and Kazaa was the trend. So, I already had several spools of mixed CDs burnt and the crowd were already my peers. My career started from there, the Alfa Building. DJ Daddy had me around other Legends like DJ Twilight, DJ Cold Chillin, Sweet Daddy Soul, Costee, Daryl E, and DJ Nard where I continued to grow. He taught me to be a student and learn something from everybody. I had other influencers like DJ PC, DJ Headache, DJ Hollywood, DJ Big Show, and DJ CP also.
I was born and raised in Sydney Australia and my parents are from Hong Kong. I’m what is considered an ABC (Australian Born Chinese) So growing up was a little confusing seeing as I didn’t relate to my Chinese heritage and I didn’t look like the typical Australian
Sports and Dance are what helped me find my identity
I started dancing when I was 14 years old in High School. There were 2 guys at my school who I saw doing backflips off the wall and breakdancing on the grass. I thought they were SO cool and they were happy to take me under their wing.
They taught me my first Bboy moves and also introduced me to other dancers, who would later on become my Bboy crew, SKB/Zealous
Together we became national champions of Australia and also represented our country in numerous international competitions
I always knew I loved dance more than anything else and fast forward to now, I’ve been fortunate to move to LA to pursue my dream as a professional dancer.
I’ve performed on the Ellen Degeneres Show, danced with Ariana Grande numerous times including at Coachella 2019, performed with The Jonas Brothers at the Billboard Music Awards, and toured the USA, Europe and South America with Eric Nam.
I started theater when I was a kid, then I moved to the USA and started working as an actor in film and television.
I started out like most young people do trying something. I started off with some more friends We started a Rap group. Early on I figured out I wasn’t a rapper. So I begin promoting the other guys to help gain exposure. So I kept my day to day operations to help fund the group and later built a studio so we could create when we had ideas. Eventually i founded Ghetto Records Atl in 1990. During the 90s we worked with a lot of artists in Atlanta. Some of them were Khujo and T-Mo of Goodie Mob during this time they were The Lumberjacks Which Doctor of the Dungeon family Damage (Can’t get no lower) Sammy Sam, Divine aka Terry Milla, Born Immaculate, Daddyshine, Vince Philips and Rob McDowell of BME who released the compilation 85 South which had KP and Envy on it. Ghetto Records Atl made its first release in 1996 Ghetto All Stars Grass roots vol 1 which included Mook B of D4L who had hit song like Laffy Taffy.
