Meet Anthony Olague of Beyond The Curve
Well, my name is Anthony Olague! I am the Founder, Owner and Executive Director of Liberty Music Academy! In this interview, I would like to talk more about something else I have started with an amazing group of people..if that is ok?
In just the last few months, it has been made aware to many in our world, that due to COVID-19, many individuals, families, businesses, and charities/non-profit organizations are struggling! With the help of many, I was able to create an organization called “BeyondTheCurve”, which is meant to help create change in our world for the better.
I would say so far, it has been a pretty smooth road however, like with anything else, we do have our struggles. Some of our struggles consist of funding, space, and available event venue spots. Overall though, we have an amazing team put together, and we couldn’t do what we do without the amazing support of members within our local communities!
BeyondTheCurve was designed to help change the world for the better. I have come across so many individuals who are looking for ways to help those in need, but their question is always how? BeyondTheCurve was created so that individuals who are looking to help others in their community can do so! Our overall mission with this organization is to create innovative ways for “people to help people”. On our website at www.beyondthecurve.us, you are able to view our partnered non-profit organizations/charities in which you can choose to donate to. You can also check out the volunteer opportunities we have available in your area. Something considered “different” our team at BeyondTheCurve does is creates projects/events in local communities to help support local organizations with fundraising. We are definitely most proud of our amazing team, and couldn’t ask for anything better. I would say what sets us apart from others is how we choose to become involved in our community! We want people to know who we are, and encourage them to get involved. We believe the more people who get involved in our mission, will help our mission of “people helping people” succeed.
I would say that success means, changing the lives of those around you at all times. With our amazing team at BeyondTheCurve, and the active members within communities, I have absolutely no doubts that our organization will be successful.
