God has saved me and brought me through a lot, I have been tremendously blessed to make it through all that I have and it is my duty now to bless others with what God has blessed me with.

Building a reliable team who wants to grow and learn and make their way up the ranks.
At ChefNIC & and Co., we believe in cooking with love and care and do all we can possible for those that dine on our food to feel that love, passion and care as they indulge in the food. But that’s not where it ends; we have taken that to another level and brought it out in our service. We only hire people that love what they are doing and want to make an impact on the clients they are serving. We want to create an experience for people to laugh, converse, make memories and enjoy the company of their family and friends as well as meet new people.
This will be achieved through the pairing of unique signature meals plated in an artistic and creative fashion, in a scenic environment with great entertainment. Our mission is to produce a remarkable dining experience with tantalizing cuisine, extraordinary service, and artistic presentation.
Making ramen noodles from scratch and homemade pickles in 5th grade and everyone telling me I was going to be a chef and I looked at them like they were crazy, I knew I was going to be an architect, and I studied it for my first three years of college until I found my calling as a chef. I was so driven in my early days about being a chef that makes amazing food, pretty plates, catering to the celebrities and big names. Don’t get me wrong I still find Joy in all of that, However I have found a greater calling in serving not just big names but everyday people like me. I enjoy doing weddings more than anything as it is a Godly ceremony and there is so much personal detail in it and it is also an honor. I find my greatest calling now in those that I work with and mentoring someone who may not be on the right bath and using my testimony and story to guide and lead them as we serve others. I have been blessed by God and God alone, and it is my please to use those gifts and blessings to aid and bless others so they may be able to fulfill their dreams.
