I spent 12 ish years working for someone else. Someone else managed my time and made money off my hard work. In 2015 I started thinking about a 5 year plan to go out and become my own boss. In 2016 that 5 year plan turned into a right now plan. Everything happens for a reason. I left my firm in mid September 2016, got married on September 23, 2015 and opened my doors October 1, 2016. It was the best thing I could have done for my life and career.
Yes and no. They do not teach you how to run a law firm in school and firms don’t either. So learning how to best market my firm and run the office can be challenging. There has been a mistake a time or two but I learn and grow from those mistakes. I have come out better each time.
Kendall Law is a full service real estate and business law practice. I am the trial attorney that handles the litigation related to business and real estate disputes, including eviction work for property mangers and property owners. I have Ryan Blaney of Counsel that does the transaction work for the firm such as contract review and drafting. We are transparent and responsive to our clients. You do not get the run around and we will call you back.
I find success in personal happiness and helping my clients get the best results for the circumstance. I feel that I have been a success in my practice because I can help provide the lifestyle that me and my family want to live and have the time to do it.
