Meet Rebeca Morales of RML Group – Universal Realty Texas
When I started this venture of real estate and investing, I quickly realized the need for dedication and integrity in this business. I wanted to be able to provide a service to people that they thought was not possible. The human touch to be exact, to make them feel heard and vision understood. With the help of a 20 year experienced and nationally recognized broker, My husband and I were able to create RML Group-Universal Realty Texas. With the same passion and goals, we can present first-time homeowners opportunities they thought were not possible for them. We also provide excellent customer service and dedication to those clients that wish to grow and transitions to their dream homes. It brings us full circle to see people reach their goals and that we were able to help achieve them.
We learn every day; it’s hard hearing all the horror stories people experience while walking through the process of buying or selling a home, and getting them to understand not all agents work that way. It’s hard getting the sour taste out of peoples mouths once they have had a negative experience, but once they realize the level of service we provide nothing is impossible.
RML-Group is a Full-Service Realtor Group representing sellers, buyers, and valuations. Our expertise includes Single Family, Duplexes, Investment Properties, Lofts, Condos, Townhomes, Downtown Properties. We are dedicated to the clients we represent and offer insight, advice, and years of experience to make their transaction stress free. We are experts with the first time home buyers and work with all Bonds and assistance programs.
We take pride in supporting and guiding our clients from the very first step to the last; we want them to know we have their back and are not going at this alone.
One of the keys to success is to be teachable, always be willing to learn from your mistakes, from the falls you might have on the way. Allowing people that have gone before you to guide you and bestow their wisdom upon you, without always thinking your way is right. If you’re not teachable, how will you learn to master your craft? How will you know how to retain and continue your success? I am always looking to learn and grow from what others can teach me and realize that my way isn’t the only way.
