Meet Shaquita Fairley of Imperfectly Younique Women’s Empowerment
I started my women’s empowerment in 2016. I wanted to start an organization where women can be themselves unapologetically, with the the support of their fellow sisters. I always wanted to be the person that makes someone smiles. And have a joyful laugh. I started by doing small community events in my neighborhood then with my family support I started my own company.
A few struggles I’ve experienced along the way. When you have an idea for an event but not sure of the end results so you over prepare your event, then no one shows up. Bomber! I know. But I still act as if it was a crowd anyway.
We are a women’s empowerment organization that helps other women feel whole and loved. We have a few Facebook pages for daily encouragement and our drawings, giveaways, contest, & and our annual scholarship program also. A few event we’ve done.
-300 blessings bags for the homeless shelter.
-7 days of Christmas giveaway for moms.
– turkey grabs for thanksgiving
-Mother’s Day events
And we have a mentor team where we will be going out to speak to children at local schools.
I also have a construction company.
We travel from state to state doing demolition around the world. Been in business for 6 years now.
I also own a mirror x photo booth company, I started in 2019. We are a noble photo booth company,

When after you finish paying all your bills and worked the whole week, you can say you at least made a difference in at least 1 person life. Success is not always in financial, it’s when you achieved your calling and your living your passion, not just living,
