Meet Shawn of Evolution Plus

Can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today. You can include as little or as much detail as you’d like.

I started off with a group of friends that attended college at FIU we were inspired to hosting a event for our pairs which we did and was very successful at it
After college we decided to keep the momentum going and created a brand called LOTUS .
Lotus is not just an event but more of a lifestyle, whereas we host carnival events , charity events , travel retreats ,fitness events etc
We are happy for the continued support and growth.

Has it been a smooth road? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

Where we are at now as not been easy but we are aware that good things don’t come easy so we’re prepared and excited to be on this journey with our destination in clear sight
I’ll say some of our struggles has been keep updated with marketing and trending

Tell us about your business/company. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a company? What sets you apart from others?

Our company is an entertainment company we are involved in hosting events , artists development, videos production and working with young creatives in the entertainment industry
I would said that we are specialized in putting on special theme events
I’m mostly proud of the hard work that the team and I are doing to archive both our short term and long term goals

How do you, personally, define success? What’s your criteria, the markers you’re looking out for, etc?

success to me being able to have a positive impact on those around me and inspiring others to go chase their dreams
