I moved from Israel to the US. In Israel I worked in entertainment journalism. In the US I’ve lived in SF, NY and LA, knowing that my dream is to work with talents, to develop their acting career, but also working on development of content,
I started as an intern, in production companies, moved to the talent management world and fell in love. I knew this was my destiny.
I can’t complain, one of my first internships was to be a driver for a producer. Another internship was to drive production trucks. It made me appreciate where I am now.
People who move to LA need to know that in the beginning they won’t get the dream job, and wont do exactly what they studied. But it definitely made me apply for my current position.
We are a talent management company, based in LA and NY. we work as a family, all together. We have amazing clients, Americans and International and this is also what makes us unique, but not only.

If our clients fulfill their dreams, this is success for me. Seeing my client on TV is a success for me. Growing with our clients, understanding our clients, this is success. We believe in our clients and we love them. Creating this scene for the second family is a success for me.
