Meet Taneisha F of TD&F Investment Group
My journey started about 6 years ago after I had my daughter. I was working a regular 9-5 and after I have birth I suffered from extreme separation anxiety. The lack of freedom and time to spend with my family pushed me to seek out bettering my financial placement. I started learning more about investing and started working on my credit. As far as getting into real estate it was sort of by luck. I won a settlement and instead of blowing it I decide to purchase my first rental propriety, a 1 bed and 1 bath condo.
It’s definitely been a struggle, investing in real estate is a huge undertaking. It takes a lot of researching, time and of course in most instances expendable cash. When I first started I knew I didn’t want to be tied down with a bunch of loans. So I was having to save for each investment. The process has become easier since I have multiple streams of income and access to business capital.
TD&F Investment Group is a real estate investment firm, we offer residential & commercial properties for lease. We also offer courses teaching others how to get started in real estate investing. I am also releasing a membership club deigned to give its enrollees resources and direction on better their financial understanding through credit repair, starting a business and of course real estate investing.
My success will be determined by what I can leave to my child. Being able to build a legacy that she and her children and he children’s children can benefit from.
