Meet Vicente Enriquez of The Enriquez Group
I was born in San Diego and have lived all over including New York, Bay Area (Atherton), Prague, London, Afghanistan but San Diego has always called me back and where I call home. I have learned over the many years that San Diego offers a little bit of what all those other cites offered and that is why I can truly appreciate it. My background is in Construction with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Mass Communication. I started in the real estate field as a solo agent with the hunger to help individuals on their real estate journeys.
I found individuals through door knocking and open houses but over time I realized I needed to find another avenue to help more people. Once I came to this realization, I built a team and added others that had a similar passion that I have had throughout the years. Besides growing our knowledge of the real estate field and staying on top of changes to the market, we have also realized that not all people need real estate help today, so how could we help them too? This is where the idea of the “Road to Growth: success as an entrepreneur” podcast came about. This podcast is one that focuses on the struggles that all entrepreneurs go through. Each week we will interview different business owners, hear their stories of adversity and how they worked through them.
Anyone that says the struggle isn’t real is lying to you. I have struggled multiple times. Every time I look to push past my comfort zone I usually struggle. When I jumped into real estate and not knowing the real estate process or finding business was a struggle. Once I got better at that and worked through that, I started building a team. The struggle of building a team was something new for me, being successful as a solo agent compared to getting agents underneath you in production has its own learning curve to it.
Every day I think of how I can bring more and more value to the people I coach and the clients I serve. Plus, every time I get to interview people on our podcast “Road to Growth: success as an entrepreneur,” I learn through others’ struggles. Each episode at its core is about the idea of overcoming struggle and one thing I have realized is no matter how hard you think you have it someone probably had it worse then you, allow yourself to appreciate the positive and know that the struggle that you are going through will allow you to grow if you allow it to.
At The Enriquez Group, we strive to make our client’s real estate transaction as seamless as possible. We have built our team around our client’s needs and pride ourselves on always compassionate, consistent and knowledgeable throughout the transaction process. Following this path has allowed us at The Enriquez Group to become one of the fastest-growing teams in San Diego.
As a young, aggressive team, we are always implementing new ways and technologies to better serve our clients throughout the buying and selling process. When you work with us during the buying process, we will actively search for your new dream home. On the selling side, we incorporate a variety of social media outlets and techniques to make sure our clients are getting maximum exposure and in return netting the maximum amount of money possible.
One thing that makes my team and I unique is that we are always available, from the moment you meet with us until you’re closed and beyond, we want to be there for you every step of the way. We service buyers and sellers in all price points and promise the same level of customer service in luxury market to the first tie home buyer. In real estate, it’s about asking a lot of questions and figuring out what’s most important to your client
At The Enriquez Group, its not important how many homes we can sell, it’s more important that we get our clients where they want to be. We want our clients to leave feeling happy and satisfied and build a relationship for life.
I believe we must look at success in two ways. The first way would be success equals happiness, if we are working towards our perfect life and chasing our big why that is success. The other way of looking at success would be the small wins, those would be goals that each of us put together in our business or in our life. For myself those small wins include when we close an escrow and the client is fully moved into their dream home. Other small wins would also include helping a home owner sell their house and use the proceeds to push towards their future dreams.
